Action plan

Our action plan is for a period of 3 years, corresponding with our business plan. On the one hand, we detailed our online actions and on the other hand, our actions on the field. 

Our Action Plan will be preceded by two months of research and development in order to set up a structure and to establish contacts with our co-contractors.


Throughout our action plan, the word- of-mouth is essential for a start-up like ours and is easy to implement in a city like Brussels. Customers talk together and give each other tips so we have to use this to our advantage: if one experimenter is satisfied, he will probably be able to convince another potential customer.

Before and after the launch, we will of course be present on many social networks, which are essential tools to convey all the information.

 

We also managed to associate "Lost Frequencies" to our image and he will promote our tequila throughout the development and evolution of our product. We will also participate in the World Tequila Awards in 2018 and 2019. This competition will have the effect of increasing our brand awareness and its prestige. The end goal being the recognition of our tequila by a series of connoisseurs who have tasted it.

 

In terms of our actions focused on the field, we will open a pop -up store for 3 consecutive years.  During the first year, this will aim at educating our consumers and enables them to participate in a unique experience. We will offer a range of different juices and clients of the pop-up store will have the opportunity to compose their own bottle according to their preferences. The second year the idea is to open a "Taste and Test" pop-up store. Taste because consumers will have the opportunity to taste the new juice in advance.


Test is for our brand. Indeed, we will ask consumers to vote for the juice they preferred and we will commercialize the one that had the most success.


The third year, the idea would be to combine typical Mexican food to our tequila.
We thus bring a new side dish to our tequila.

 

We also concluded partnerships with two bars that will promote our tequila. If these partnerships prove to be successful, we will turn to other bars in Brussels. We also successfully partnered with the Skybar 58. This is a bar located on the roof of the « Parking 58 Â» in Brussels from June 1st to September 30th.


It's the perfect place for the experimenters who have the opportunity to enjoy delicious cocktails with panoramic views of the capital.
